Built on community spirit, teamwork and dedication

Tablelands Netball Assoc. History

The Tablelands Netball Association has been a cornerstone of community sport in the region for decades, bringing people together through a shared love of netball. Established to provide local players with opportunities to participate, learn, and compete, the Association has grown from a small group of passionate volunteers into a vibrant organisation supporting hundreds of players across all ages and abilities.

In recent times, this growth trajectory has accelerated significantly. We now proudly boast over 320 registered players, representing a fantastic 34.6% increase in registrations compared to the year prior.

Over the years, the Association has proudly hosted local competitions, regional carnivals, and representative pathways, ensuring that both grassroots participation and elite development are nurtured. Many players, coaches, and umpires who began their journey here have gone on to achieve success at higher levels of the game.

At its heart, the Association remains committed to creating a safe, welcoming, and inclusive space for everyone — from junior players taking their first steps on the court to experienced athletes, officials, and volunteers. With a strong history built on community spirit, teamwork, and dedication, the Tablelands Netball Association continues to play a vital role in shaping the sporting landscape of our region.
